Trés Beef Tamales
  1. 12 Posada Beef Tamales, prepared according to package directions
  2. 1 cup Red enchilada sauce, warmed
  3. 1 cup Tomatillo salsa
  4. 1 cup Yellow cheese sauce, warmed
  5. 2 Tbsp. Cilantro leaves
  1. Place three warm Posada Beef Tamales on each plate.
  2. Garnish one with enchilada sauce, another with tomatillo salsa and the last with cheese sauce.
  3. Repeat for the remaining plates and serve with cilantro garnish.
