Ingredients
  1. 6 Chorizo & Queso Blanco Mini Tacos prepared according to the package directions
  2. 2 Cups Sour cream
  3. 1 Cup Chihuahua cheese
  4. 1/4 Cup Adobo sauce
  5. 1 Tbsp. Scorpion pepper
  6. Pinch Cilantro
  7. 6 Pork Tamale Bites
Instructions
  1. In a saucepan, combine sour cream, chihuahua cheese, adobo sauce and scorpion pepper. Bring to a boil over medium heat and cook until lightly thickened, about 4 minutes.
  2. Serve on a small casserole and serve with golden Chorizo & Queso Blanco Mini Tacos, pork tamale bites and red pepper strips.
  3. Garnish with cilantro and dip to enjoy.
