Ingredients
  1. 100 Posada Pork Chili Verde Mini Empanadas (5640665)
  2. 3 qts. Sour cream
  3. 6 c. Green Onions, sliced
  4. 10 boxes Dry Packaged Tortilla Soup
Instructions
  1. Preheat fryer 350°F.
  2. Prepare tortilla soup according to package directions; and simmer.
  3. Fry Posada Pork Chili Verde Mini Empanadas according to package directions.
  4. Serve 2 Posada Pork Chili Verde Mini Empanadas in a bowl with 3 oz. of tortilla soup. Garnish with green onions and sour cream.
