  2. 3 lbs. Lettuce, shredded
  3. 2 lbs. Roasted Poblanos, sliced
  4. 2 lbs. Pico De Gallo
  5. 1 gal. Cheese Sauce
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven 400°F; bake Posada Butcher Boy Beef and Bean Burritos according to package directions.
  2. Simmer cheese sauce with roasted and sliced poblanos.
  3. Serve 1 Posada Butcher Boy Beef and Bean Burrito topped with 2 ½ oz. of cheese sauce; garnished with shredded lettuce and ½ oz. of pico de gallo.
