  1. 50 Posada Butcher Boy Red Chili Burritos (1001001)
  2. 2 qts. Cheese Sauce
  3. 1 ½ qts. Sour Cream
  4. 2 qts. Tomatillo Salsa
Instructions
  1. Preheat fryer to 350°F.
  2. Simmer cheese sauce with sour cream, and tomatillo salsa.
  3. Fry Posada Butcher Boy Red Chili Burritos according to package directions.
  4. Serve 1 Posada Butcher Boy Red Chili Burrito topped with 3 oz. of cheese sauce.
