  1. 100 each Posada Butcher Boy Red Chili Burrito(1001001)
  2. 3 ½ qts. Cheese Sauce
  3. 16 oz. Jalapeños, diced
  4. 2 qts. Sour Cream
  5. 2 qts. Avocado, diced
  6. 2 qts. Pico de Gallo
Instructions
  1. Preheat fryer to 350°F.
  2. Simmer cheese sauce with diced jalapeños.
  3. Fry Posada Butcher Boy Red Chili Burritos according to package directions.
  4. Serve 2 Posada Butcher Boy Red Chili Burritos topped with 2 oz. of cheese sauce. Garnish with 1 oz. each of pico de gallo, diced avocado, and sour cream.
