Ingredients
  1. 20 Chorizo & Queso Blanco Mini Tacos, prepared according to package directions
  2. 4 Cups Tomato Soup
  3. 1 Tbsp. Chopped Garlic
  4. 1/2 Cup Spicy Corn
  5. 1/2 Cup Black Beans
  6. 1/2 Cup Diced Onion
  7. 1/2 Cup Sour Cream
  8. Pinch Cilantro
Instructions
  1. In s sauce pan, add tomato soup, garlic, spicy corn, black beans and onion. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 4-6 minutes.
  2. In serving bowls, pour a cup of soup and serve with crispy Chorizo & Black Bean Mini Tacs on top of a dollop of sour cream.
  3. Garnish with cilantro and enjoy.
