Ingredients
  1. 100 Butcher Boy Beef & Bean Red Chile Burrito (1000001)
  2. 2 qts. Cilantro
  3. 2 qts. Parsley
  4. 1 qt. Olive Oil
  5. 1 qt. Heavy Cream
  6. 3 qts. Cheese Sauce
  7. 3 c. Jalapeño, diced
  8. ½ c. Fresh Garlic, minced
  9. ½ c. Lime Juice
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F; bake Butcher Boy Beef & Bean Red Chile Burrito according to package directions.
  2. Blend cilantro, parsley, olive oil, garlic, salt, jalapeño, and lime juice.
  3. Simmer heavy cream and add cheese sauce until thickened.
  4. Serve 2 Butcher Boy Beef & Bean Red Chile Burrito over 2 oz. of chimichurri; ladeled with 2 oz. of cheese sauce over the top.
