- 4 Posada Mini Beef and Bean Burritos, prepared according to package directions
- ¾ cup Enchilada sauce, warmed
- 2 Tbsp. Sour cream
- 2 Tbsp. Crumbled queso fresco
- 8 Cilantro leaves
- Fill the tasting spoons each with the enchilada sauce.
- Cut each Posada Mini Beef and Bean Burrito in half and place on top of spoons.
- Garnish with a small dollop of sour cream, cheese and a cilantro leaf on each.
