  1. 4 Posada Mini Beef and Bean Burritos, prepared according to package directions
  2. ¾ cup Enchilada sauce, warmed
  3. 2 Tbsp. Sour cream
  4. 2 Tbsp. Crumbled queso fresco
  5. 8 Cilantro leaves
  1. Fill the tasting spoons each with the enchilada sauce.
  2. Cut each Posada Mini Beef and Bean Burrito in half and place on top of spoons.
  3. Garnish with a small dollop of sour cream, cheese and a cilantro leaf on each.
