Ingredients
  1. 4 Posada Chicken and Cheese Flauta, prepared according to package directions, quartered
  2. 2 Ripe peaches, diced small
  3. ¼ cup Diced red onion
  4. 1 Lime, juiced
  5. 1 tsp. Diced jalapeño
  6. 1 Tbsp. Chopped cilantro
  7. ½ tsp. Chili powder
Instructions
  1. Mix the peaches, onion, lime, jalapeño, cilantro and chili powder.
  2. Skewer the warm Posada Chicken and Cheese Flauta, plate and serve with the peach salsa.
