Chicken and Cheese Flauta Jars

Chicken and Cheese Flauta Jars
  1. Posada Chicken and Cheese Flautas, prepared according to package directions, cut in half
  2. 1 cup Shredded jicama
  3. 1 Lime, juiced
  4. 1 ½ cups English cucumber, sliced thin
  5. 2 Tbsp. Sugar
  6. 1 cup Shredded carrots
  7. 2 Tbsp. Hot sauce
  8. ½ cup Mayonnaise
  1. Mix the shredded jicama with the lime juice and fill four mason jars equally.
  2. Mix the cucumber with the sugar and place on top of the jicama in the jars.
  3. Top the layers with the carrots.
  4. Mix the hot sauce and mayonnaise and dollop onto each serving.
  5. Place two halves of a just cooked Posada Chicken and Cheese Flauta and serve.
