Ingredients
  1. 4 Posada Mini Beef and Bean Burritos, prepared according to package directions
  2. ¾ cup Sour cream
  3. ¾ cup Guacamole
  4. ¾ cup Salsa
  5. 8 Pickled jalapeño slices
  6. 8 Cilantro leaves
Instructions
  1. Fill eight shots glasses with an equal amount of: sour cream, guacamole and salsa.
  2. Cut Posada Mini Beef and Bean Burritos in half.
  3. Place one half of a burrito atop each shot glass and garnish with jalapeno and cilantro.
