Bacon Wrapped Chicken Taquitos

Bacon Wrapped Chicken Taquitos
  1. 16 Posada Shredded Chicken Taquitos
  2. 12 Slices of bacon
  3. ¾ cup Raspberry jam
  4. ¼ cup Minced chipotle peppers in adobo
  1. Wrap each Posada Shredded Chicken Taquitos with a slice of bacon, carefully rolling the taquito over the bacon. Secure with toothpick and fry for 3 minutes.
  2. While Taquitos are cooking, warm the raspberry jam in a small pot and fold in the chipotles.
  3. Serve the taquitos with the chipotle-raspberry sauce.
